mini fridge in my car?

Hi, i have been looking for a mini fridge to keep in my car. I am wondering if i can leave it plugged in for a few hours while im not at my car or would this drain my battery? how many hours would i get from it without risking my car not starting? I am only looking at the small 4l ones with the 12v plug. Thanks Does anyone know the average rating for these fridges? i am talking about the ones that hold 4 or 5 little cans

1. Do you mean like a dorm-room mini fridge, or one of those four-cans-of-soda mini fridges? I don't think a real size would work at all, or if it did you'd get maybe 20 minutes out of it.
2. I had a fridge in between the back seats of my 67 pontiac...(actually it was a "wine chiller" but I used it as a fridge, had the clear glass door I had a seperate deep cycle battery and alternator for that circuit though...
