Left-overs sat in the car for an hour, then went into fridge, still ok to eat?

I went out for dinner Thursday night and I got this pasta, It sat in the car (with no air-conditioning) for abotu an hour, then I got home and put it in the fridge, is it ok to eat? It was this macaroni and cheese, but like spicy, it had chicken but I'm not eating it.
