mini fridge?

i have a mini fridge and the motor thingie is really really hot is this ok..?

1. probably does it smell bad? do you see smoke? is it making a noise you never heard b4? do you have a fire extinguisher? is it old or new. if it starts to smell or you see any smoke for sure unplug it. just make sure it is open to the air, not covered with dust or a towel or rag covering the back. do you have a smoke detector?
2. nope, it should be hot but not really hot, better call a technician to take a look at it, sounds like the motor is working too hard.
