How can I attach a lock to a mini-fridge?

1. Chain it and then lock it ! You can buy chain by the foot at Home Depot and a nice Master padlock !
2. i had the same problem except it wasnt a dorm mate it was my father lol... anyways i got the kind of lock they put on sheds and i glued them to the side of the fridge and door and i put a pad lock on it works great
3. As an alternative to the ideas already suggested, you could use a rucksack protection system like Pacsafe [1].
