compact fridge issues?

i have a haier compact refrigerator and its really never seemed to work right. ive known people who have similar ones and even the exact ssame thing and theres seems to get colder. it has a freezer inside the frindge at the top. everyone elses gets tons of frost and my owners maual sais mine would do that but it doesnt it just drips water everywhere. ive adjusted the settings and cant get it to work right. whats my problem?
