Is it possible to disconnect and remove the half freezer part from a compact refrigerator?

And still have the fridge work?

1. We always turned the temp down on the freezer and used it for beer. You can never have too much beer storage space. Do you need to reduce the size of the fridge to fit it somewhere or do you just not need the freezer?
2. It is all one unit. You cannot remove the freezer coils because there is where all of the cooling is done.
