- no
- it's a regular outlet if it's a bar fridge
- Standard plug is fine for a mini fridge. Larger appliances need more current, thus they use a different plug.
- regular A large fridge also uses a regular plug, but if you get an extension cord, its best to get a quality extension cord specifically for a large fridge.
- regular plug ins work for all friges.
- A regular outlet will work. It's just a standard 120v plug.
- It should not matter if it is a small fridge but make sure to double check with the staff at the store before making the purchase.
- no, they are run just like a lamp, only a lot more electricity usage. They are great for a bedroom and I do think its a good idea.
- pretty much every fridge ive seen that is like the one your talking about has a smaller plug
- it just regular, only a dryer has a 220 volt plug
- not usually for a mini fridge. but before you buy it just slip it out of the box and check. There is absolutly nothing wrong with checking something out before buying it. And a mini fridge does not need half as much power as a regular fridge appliance does. HOpe this helps!
- I think no matter what you are going to want to plug a refrigerator into a wall, just want to put that out there in case you were thinking of an extension cord or something. Aside from that, if your wall outlet only two prongs and if the fridge you buy has a three-pronged plug, what you need to do is buy a three-prong to two-prong converter. they cost like 5 bucks and you can buy them anywhere from the supermarket to home depot.
- not at all!!! go ahead use it.. your plugs give up to 220V - check it out with a TV on the same store or even a toaster. An iron or a microwave use more electricity than that. Be sure it will work properly.
- Well no a standard plug will do if the electric cord from the mini-fridge is not 3-pronged. Or something like that.
- JO D--- even large kitchen refrigerators use the same plug as a mini-fridge. if you can, see what size breaker is feeding the plug and what other plugs or lights are on the same breaker. 15 amp breaker is good for about 1500 watts, 20 amp = 2000 watts
- No. It does not matter. a small fridge will use a standard 110 volt outlet with a 15 ampere breaker in the breaker box 200 ampere service.
- In most cases a standard plug for 110volts is what is used. For safety reason make sure that your breaker for the bedroom can handle the extra draw. I am quessing that you have a radio, lamp, tv, boom box, over head light/fan, dvd,etc etc. Check the label for the amount of amps required, overdrawing will cause a hot wire, possible fire.
- no it's just like a normal plug in just stick it in the wall
