spilled milk was left in a small fridge while it was turned off for about a month now it smells, what do i do?

we cleaned it but it still smells Reallllllllllllly bad. anything you put in it smells, how do we get rid of the smell

1. just throw the small fridge away - don't; even open it - the bad smell will be even worse.
2. you have to keep the fridge open spray it with a bleach, let it sit for a minute or 2, and clean like normal, then put some baking soda in there, that should absorb the smell...
3. Take the fridge outside and wash the inside with bleach water. After you're done with that, keep some baking soda in it for a while. The fridge is not ruined.

5. Make a generous quantity of a fizzy paste of baking soda and vinegar. Rub it all over the inside of the fridge with a soft cloth. To get into nooks and crannies like the door hinges etc you might have to mix some vinegar and water in a spray bottle. Don't rinse it off but let it sit in the fridge with the door closed for a day. Rinse with warm water. Bleach tends to break-down the molecular structure of the plastic lining in fridges and it's smell tends to permeate. You might not want that.
6. Wipe it out with some white vinegar then rinse well.:)
