I have a very small fridge that can be plug in into the car electrical outlet, is there a converter to AC?

I want to use that small fridge in my office and I was wondering if there is a converter for that, so that I don't have to buy another fridge for my office?

1. yes. cell phone stands in the mall sell adapters. I know cuz my mom bought a car charger for her phone and an adapter so she could also use it as a home charger.
